  Have done 3 prior window replacements and by far Window Depot is the best!!! From their sales rep to installer (Wes)... OUTSTANDING customer service, quality craftsmanship and good pricing. Their triple pane windows make a huge difference! Highly recommend.

  Although I worked with window depot USA in Charlottesville (not Fredericksburg) I wanted to leave a review. Wes and his team came to install my door/storm door today and they were so efficient and quick! Right at 2 hours and the door is perfect! Wes went over everything at the end with me and it was seamless and quick! The office staff I also worked with were always kind and prompt in their responses and super helpful. Mike, who originally gave me the estimate was also extremely helpful/knowledgeable and responsive. Overall, a wonderful experience! Thank you!
