  Colleen is 100% knowledgeable on independent and assisted living. There are many options in the Napa area and the care and pricing are all structured so differently. She simplifies it to help you decide what direction to take. She also knows what to expect from long term care policies. Thank you Colleen!

  Colleen was fantastic to work with! I had been trying to find a place for my dad on my own for some time and someone finally referred me to Colleen. It was so great to have someone listen to my needs and my budget and know the places that I should be looking at! She made the appointments for me and met me at each location. It was like having a knowledgable friend by my side through a very difficult process! You can trust Colleen to be a knowledgable resource in placing your loved one in a home!

  Colleen was fantastic in helping me find the right temporary assisted living facility for my husband after his stroke. I was under time constraints due to other family considerations, and Colleen knew precisely what I needed and how to help. She immediately provided invaluable information, enabling me to navigate the assisted living setting and secure an appropriate facility within a short time. She was always available to answer questions, and she also made referrals to beneficial community resources to help with the transition. I was very impressed with her breadth of knowledge, commitment, and sense of compassion. I highly recommend Colleen for assisting others in finding appropriate resources.

  My family is incredibly thankful we found Colleen. She made it easy to navigate the process of finding the right senior living placement for our family's needs and suggested other senior services available to us. She took interest and care into what is a difficult decision and made it less daunting and stressful. She even talked to the long-term care insurance company to verify coverage (this was huge!). She's a wealth of information and would be a huge asset to anyone navigating care for their senior family member. I highly recommend Colleen, and would give her more then five stars if I could.
