  This was my first experience and Isaac made me feel welcome, explained everything, gave me the numbers before deciding, and wouldn't let himself out of my sight to make everything as transparent as possible. Once I realized the metals I had were high purity I went home searching for things I might have missed for my next trip to SF.

  Ladies and gentlemen, get rid of your broken jewelry that you've been telling your yourself for years that your going to fix. You will not regret it, Isaac will give you an exceptional offer. No one in the business will even come close to Isaac's offers. This is only my 2nd visit and both times I've left a happy camper.
